What you will do

The ideal candidate will be a skilled LIMS Administrator to be accountable for the configuration installation training testing including writing test scripts and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the LabVantage LIMS. A background with research laboratory practices policy and regulations is highly beneficial.

Your role and primary tasks:

• Configure and customize LabVantage LIMS components such as Biobanking Consumables Management Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)/Laboratory Execution System (LES) Array Management Request Management and Reports to meet the specific requisite needs of our research laboratories.
• Utilize tools like LabVantage LIMS Designer and Configuration Console to tailor these components according to the laboratory workflows and data management needs.
• Install upgrade and maintain LabVantage LIMS software and related components including those specific to Biobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reports.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing assistance to endusers on the utilization and optimization of LabVantage LIMS components ensuring efficient adoption and adherence to best practices.
• Develop detailed test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of Biobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reports modules.
• Direct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for these specific components working closely with stakeholders to address feedback and ensure alignment with user requisite needs.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to integrate LabVantage LIMS components with other laboratory systems and applications facilitating seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Biobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reports functionalities within LabVantage LIMS.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to laboratory information management with a focus on advancements in Biobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reporting capabilities.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in a related technical field and 5 years of prior related background
• Proven background as a LabVantage LIMS Administrator or similar role with specific expertise in configuring and customizing ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reports modules.
• Strong comprehension of laboratory processes and workflows particularly in the context of Biobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reporting functionalities.
• Proficiency in utilizing LabVantage LIMS Designer Configuration Console and other relevant tools for componentspecific configuration and customization.
• A background with installation upgrade and maintenance of LabVantage LIMS software including expertise in managing the specific components mentioned above.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for functional and integration testing of ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reports functionalities.
• Excellent communication and social skills with a demonstrated ability to train endusers and facilitate effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing complicated technical issues.
• Ability to work alone and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment with a dedication to delivering highquality solutions and services.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• LabVantage LIMS certification particularly with specialization in Biobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES Array Management Request Management or Reporting modules.
• Familiarity with laboratory automation and instrument integration technologies enhancing the interoperability of LabVantage LIMS with laboratory equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as FDA ISO and CLIA particularly as they pertain to ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reporting requirements.
