Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Acute and Routine care for community residents inhome or at Skilled Nursing Assisted Living and Nursing Home facilities.

Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) from an accredited medical school
- Geriatric Experience Required
- BC/BE: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Scheduling Flexibility
