Job Summary

As a Senior UX Designer you will work closely with several other UX designers and collaborate with business and sales managers analysts and developers to develop and modernize our companys selfservice system. You play a key role in reviewing our entire enterprise offering from concept to implementation. This position is part of Customer Experience Design team and you will be an important part of our community of over 100 designers. Work in UX is highly valued to drive the banks continued digitalization journey.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for prototyping interaction design and concept design for both desktop and mobile.

Conduct user research through interviews and evaluations and present to different stakeholders

Participate in exploration workshops and facilitate them.

Share your expertise in tools working methods and design.

Mapping the customer journey.

Skills/Experience needed

At least 5 years of experience in UX design.

Experience of working with interaction design design concepts and service design.

Knowledge and experience of working agile with UX for responsive web.

Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.

Experience of working with user research and prototyping

Background Check

Customer is a financial institute where confidence is of great importance. A high ethical standard is an integrated part and for that reason customer has specific consultant requirements regarding security.

All staff provided by an external company to the customer shall be in line with the following screening before they can start:

Confirm identification Verify the consultant s identity by a valid ID

Confirm education Verify the highest level of education on the consultant s CV

Confirm previous employments At least two references from previous employers must be contacted personally

Check of financial background Verify the consultant s financial background by a credit register check UC

Business engagement Check for possible consultant s business engagements and eventual previous liquidations

Check of criminal record The consultant must order and present his /her criminal record
