Looking for a D365 Lead to spearhead the deployment customization and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects especially in the Customer Engagement (CE) module. This role involves leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the CRM system to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Dataverse and the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.

Require/Desire Skills

Years 5 Required Experience as a D365 Technical Lead

Years 8 Required Experience with creating and managing of solution using Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service.

Years 8 Required Experience with customization and implementation of Forms Views PlugIns Workflows and BPFs in D365

Years 8 Required Custom development experience using .Net JavaScript and C#

Years 3 Required Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse

Experience with using standard & Years 3 Required premium connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate

Years 3 Desired Experience in SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 services

Years 2 Desired Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments

Years 5 Desired Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using SSIS Packages
