Job Description

Responsibility
- Receive RFQ from customer; Sole interface with customer
- Review quantity drawings customer expectations etc.
- Collaborate with Scheduling Supervisor
- Source materials/build quote
- Send out our RFQs to any 3rd parties
- Ensure that 3rd parties are vetted
- Send quote to customer
- Gather feedback negotiations or changes
- Receive POs is received/denied
- Order material and verify delivery date
- Monitor delivery date and arrival of material
- Stay in touch with 3rd parties verify process leadtimes conform to our schedule and adjust as required
- Handle final inspection report
- Schedule delivery with Truck Driver
General Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Attention to detail
- Safety
- Mechanical ability
- Ideally 1 year of experience or trade school (but not required)
