Assistant Terminal Administration

Join our Terminal Operations team where your organizational and communication skills can shine! Were a leading European transport company managing thousands of international shipments weekly. We need someone dynamic and proactive to handle administrative tasks and maintain smooth communication with terminals suppliers and other departments.

About the Role:

As a Terminal Administration team member youll be the goto person for cost processing and international coordination. Working closely with terminals across Europe our shipping department and accounts payable youll ensure accurate and timely payments. Youll also jump in when urgent situations arise showing your excellent communication skills in internal and external interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Terminal Service Agreements to meet standards
• Sending rate confirmations to Terminal Operators
• Managing discounts in line with agreements
• Supporting the Supervisor Terminal Administration and Manager Ports and Terminals

Your Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Excellent English communication skills
