Our client isan automotive supplier providing a wide range of marketready components such as hinges locking systems clamps mechatronic systems strengthening bars and other transmission components.

SALES TEAM LEADER

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in theautomotive sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales and a strong background in team management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a customercentric approach and the ability to design and implement effective sales processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing regular reports to senior management.

Recruit train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and development.

Identify new market opportunities and ensure the team is aligned with the companyssales goals.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service andsatisfaction.

Design and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Manage the sales budget and forecast future sales performance.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales.

At least 2 years of management experience.

Bachelors degree in Economics Sales Business Administration or a related field.

Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in the automotive sector.

Proven ability to design teams and processes from scratch.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Fluent in English (German language skills nice to have)
