Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager fmx

We are looking for a Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join us from September 24 February 25.

This role is perfect for someone with 12 years of experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager. The workload is flexible at around 2030 hours a week depending on the experience level.

Tasks

Your mission

• Support our Influencer Marketing team from September 2024 February 2025 with 2030 hours per week.
• You will work in collaboration with our inhouse Influencer Marketing Manager.
• Search for influencers using different strategies on various platforms such as Instagram TikTok YouTube podcasts and our database.
• Create a pipeline of potential influencers and reach out to them to propose deals.
• Ask for their accounts insights to check if theres a match between their followers and our target audience.
• Negotiate campaign costs & deliverables and run the campaign with the influencers.
• Review campaign performance to inform our next decisions and optimize future campaigns.
• Rebook campaigns and deepen connection with our longterm Influencers.
• Help us innovate and develop new collaborations and contracts from MicroInfluencers to Celebrities.

Requirements

Your profile

• You already know some moves in Influencer Marketing and consider yourself a salesdriven person.
• You rock in negotiation and are ready to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
• You are familiar with CRM or sales tools.
• You are interested in marketing kpis and want to learn how to make great decisions based on data
• Organization and strong communication skills are part of your profile.
• You are fluent in English verbal and writing.
• You are fluent in German verbal and writing. (not mandatory)
• You love social media and keep yourself up to date with new trends.
• You are a freelancer and can write invoices to us. Our Influencer Marketing department is a performance/salesdriven channel. This position involves a lot of campaign negotiation but you will not be creating content or managing social media.
