Junior Recruiter

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
• Posting job ads on professional sites job sites and social media
• Sourcing candidates according to the open roles requirements
• Screening resumes
• Conducting initial phone screens
• Scheduling calls and interviews
• Managing calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
• Communicating with candidates promptly
• Conducting HR interviews
• Using internal tools to keep track of open roles and candidates
• Sending out all bulk emails (e.g. confirming receipt of applications rejection emails)
• Promoting positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum 6 months of proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Excellent skills in English knowledge of German would be a plus
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Good communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple calendars
• Problemsolving aptitude criticalthinking skills
• BSc in HR Psychology Communications or a relevant field
