AVP - Business Reporting Large Broking House

Job Description

• Leading Business Reporting team providing regular and adhoc reports and business analysis to management.

• Conducting monthly Business Review with the executive management.

• Develop and implement regular reports and dashboard to provide executive view of the business to Management.

• Liase with different business heads to setup regular reporting pack for different departments.

• Participate / lead in the target setting exercise as well as set processes to monitor actual performance against target and highlight deviations.

• Set up process for capturing new KPIs that may be required from time to time in consultation with finance and business teams.

• Perform adhoc analysis and provide insights on the business performances.

Candidate Profile

• CA or more than 3 years of relevant experience in lead role.

• Experience in Broking / retail / Financial services

• Experience / knowledge of SQL Python Macro or such scripting language would be preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team and colleagues

• Cando attitude

• Good presentation communication skills
