Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings and brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing digital marketing and a proven track record of driving sales through innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop And Implement Marketing Strategies :

• • Create and execute marketing plans that align with the companys objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM email marketing social media and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

• Brand Management :

• • Enhance and maintain the companys brand image and reputation.
  • Develop and execute branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.

• Market Research and Analysis:

• • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

• Content Creation and Management:

• • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures newsletters and digital content.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

• Lead Generation and Conversion:

• • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

• Event Planning and Management:

• • Plan and execute events open houses and promotional activities to showcase properties.
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors and stakeholders for events and promotions.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities performance metrics and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Experience with real estate marketing platforms and MLS systems.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
