Traveler Policy: The local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%. Anyone with a permanent address within a 35mile radius of the facility is considered a local traveler.

Dress Code: Scrubs of any color

Further Specifics:

• Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
• OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
• Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.

Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments. Perform treatment simulations fabricate all necessary shielding blocks and maintain accurate EMR. Prepares equipment for patient treatments performs quality control and assurance tests ensures proper infection control techniques and adheres to optimal radiation safety and protection practices. All activities reflect the philosophy goals objectives and standards and nationally accepted standards of practice provisions of quality patient care environmental safety and interdisciplinary cooperation. Maintains professional working relationships with medical staff.

• 2 years of experience Required
• ARRT (T) Required
• 1 year travel experience required OR work experience (postgraduation) with Varian and ARIA Required
• TrueBeam ARIA Trilogy experience preferred

• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
