Job Posting: Physical Therapist
$15000 Signon Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available
Relocation Assistance: Amount is negotiable based on relocation distance and comes with a 2year work requirement (paid out within 30 days of submission of receipts). If both signon and relocation assistance are received total commitment would be for 2 years.
Hours: Schedule options include TuesdaySaturday (five 8hour shifts) or WednesdaySaturday (four 10hour shifts).
Position: Acute Rehab Unit
Responsibilities:
Assess the functional needs of physically disabled patients upon physician referral.
Develop treatment goals and implement appropriate treatment plans utilizing a variety of physical therapy procedures.
Provide care appropriate to the age and developmental status of patients.
Objectively and quantifiably assess a baseline level of physical function for each patient referred including medical history cognitive function sensoryperceptualmotor function functional mobility and pain control.
Identify functional needs and establish measurable realistic treatment outcome goals based on initial assessment.
Plan and implement dynamic treatment programs designed to achieve or progress toward these goals ensuring consistency and continuity to enhance clinical response.
Hours: Normal hours are 8am 4:30pm with schedules based on department needs.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy.
Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho.
Current BLS certification.
A Master s Degree is preferred.

Teams/Telephone interview scheduled with Department Director Manager and team.
