We re looking for a talented Marketing Executive who can undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The candidate must be capable of organizing creative campaigns and promotional events that add to our company s brand value. Ideally the candidate must have passion for the art of marketing have abundant ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote our products services and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings drive traffic and optimize website performance. Conduct keyword research onpage optimization technical SEO audits and backlink strategies.

  2. Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc. Create engaging content manage community interactions and drive social media engagement and growth.

  3. Ecommerce Optimization: Lead ecommerce marketing initiatives including campaign planning product promotions conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience enhancements. Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize ecommerce platforms.

  4. Audience Targeting Strategies: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies persona development and customer journey mapping. Utilize datadriven insights to create personalized marketing campaigns and improve customer acquisition and retention.

  5. Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics social media analytics CRM systems etc. Derive actionable insights from data to optimize campaigns improve ROI and achieve business goals.

  6. Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Track campaign performance conduct A/B testing and make datadriven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

  7. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales product development and customer support to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies and objectives. Share insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

  8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends tools and technologies in digital marketing SEO social media ecommerce and analytics. Implement innovative strategies and techniques to stay competitive and drive business growth.





  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media TV etc. ) exhibitions and promotional events.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends brand awareness and competition ventures.

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures press releases website material etc. ).

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

  • Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. 7 years of experience in digital marketing roles with expertise in SEO social media ecommerce audience targeting and analytics.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  4. Strong technical skills with proficiency in SEO tools social media platforms analytics tools and marketing automation software.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data derive insights and make datadriven decisions.
  6. Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills.
  7. Certifications in Google Analytics Google Ads SEO or related areas are desirable.

  • Proven experience as a marketing executive or any other similar role.

  • Good understanding of market research techniques data analysis and statistics methods.

  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing practices.

  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).

  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).

  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.

  • Creativity and commercial awareness.

  • B.Sc/BA in marketing business administration or any other relevant disciplines.
