Totale Refractories is a brand of Pincgroup manufacturing and marketing high performance refractory castables meeting international quality standards located in Chennai.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in selling refractories or other industrial products with a strong focus on customer engagement and relationship building. This role requires extensive travel within India to engage with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

2. Identify and prioritize potential clients within the Iron and Steel Cement Power Plants and HighTemperature process industries.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and site visits.

4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our refractory castables and PCPF blocks.

5. Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions to meet client requirements.

6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

7. Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and budgets to management on a regular basis.

8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.

9. Attend industry trade shows exhibitions and conferences to network and promote company products.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales of refractories or industrial products.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time).

Location: Chennai with frequent travel across India.
