• Optimize campaigns to increase reach generate leads enhance transactions and reduce costs.
  
• Manage and research digital platforms to develop brand presence and lead base.
  
• Analyze review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  
• Utilize CRM systems to manage and segment customer data effectively.
  
• Collaborate with Sales Product and Customer Support teams to align marketing strategies with customer journey stages.
  
• Manage content calendars for all published content (images video and written) on social media platforms.
  
• Provide recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies.
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends and employ innovative SMM/SEM strategies.
  

Requirements

• Execute tests collect and analyze data identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
  
• Track report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
  
• Manage Local SEO and Website SEO initiatives.
  
• Manage campaign expenses ensuring adherence to budget.
  
• Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery expansion and optimization.
  
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  
• Develop and implement link building strategies.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new code.
  
• Guide editorial and marketing teams to enhance SEO in content creation.
  

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in SEO and SEM managing PPC campaigns across Google Yahoo and Bing.
  
• Strong understanding of performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition.
  
• Proficient in website analytics tools like Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends.
  
• Experience with bid management tools such as Click Equations Marin Kenshoo Search Ignite.
  
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
  
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  
• Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  
• BS/MS degree in a quantitative testdriven field preferred.
