What Will You DoAs the Patient Access Manager youll play a vital role in daily operations and serve as the liaison between the Shared Service Center (SSC) and the facility. Your responsibilities include:

• Implementing Model AIDET guidelines in all patient interactions and ensuring adherence to patient experience expectations.
• Overseeing patient registration functions ensuring minimal wait times and promptly addressing patient complaints.
• Supervising and maintaining employee productivity conducting staff meetings and providing inservices.
• Managing departmental operations including budgeting and staffing.
• Assuming oncall responsibilities to ensure adequate staffing and problemsolving.

What Will You Need

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum three years experience in Patient Access in an acute care setting.
• Clinical Managers/Practice Managers with at least two years of experience will be considered.
