• SALARY RANGE: $80000 to $151000 annually
• HIRING BONUS: $20000 for eligible external candidates plus relocation assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employs Nursing Professional Practice: Assesses plans implements and evaluates patient care. Develops and updates a coordinated care plan to achieve patient goals across the continuum of care.
• Advocacy: Advocates for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to promote the autonomy dignity rights values and beliefs of patients.
• Facilitates Learning: Creates a learning environment for patients/families nursing staff and other members of the healthcare team.
• Aligns Practice with Safety and Quality: Ensures patient safety and quality of care by integrating evidence and best practices into nursing care; accountable for identifying and correcting safety issues.
• Professional Development: Engages in ongoing professional development and practices according to the Nurse Practice Act ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and specialty standards.
• Leadership: Leads and coordinates teams delegates appropriately and serves as a professional representative of the nursing profession.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
• At least 1 year of Nursing experience in an OR setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.

• Base Salary: $80000 to $151000
