Registered Nurse - Emergency Services

Join our team in Andalusia AL as a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Services department and make a difference in the lives of patients during critical moments. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to provide exceptional care during night shifts on a rotating weekend schedule.

JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse Emergency Services

SHIFT: Nights 7PM 7AM rotating weekends

LOCATION: Andalusia AL

SALARY: $41200.00 $63835.00

BONUS DESCRIPTION: $15K with 2year commitment

MustHaves:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license in the state of Alabama.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Emergency Services nursing preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Job Description:

• Provide highquality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Services department including assessment triage treatment and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient care needs and coordinate interventions.
• Administer medications perform procedures and assist with emergency medical treatments as needed.
• Document patient assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions treatments and followup care.

Minimum Education: Associates degree Required.

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Licenses:

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.

BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire date.

ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
