AE 2100D3 Field Service Representative
Al Mubarak Base in Kuwait
As an AE 2100D3 Field Service Representative supporting the Kuwait Air Force propulsion system you will provide support to the Customer by establishing and maintaining a close liaison with relevant sections of the Customers organization RollsRoyce Customer Support Engineering and Program Management. This position is an FMS contract under the USMC and will be based on the Al Mubarak Base in Kuwait. All international assignments are for a minimum of 3 years unless otherwise directed by the business.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage and maintain close liaison with all relevant sections of the Customer organization and RollsRoyce Customer Support Engineering and Program Management.
Establish and maintain working relationship with all AE 2100Field Service Representatives and Deployed Operations Managers (DOMs) on all supported Defense programs. Similarly establish and maintain working relationships with Customer Training Manager and Instructors.
Provide technical assistance in the form of written phone calls electronically or customer visits relating to aircraft engine operations maintenance repairs troubleshooting and logistic support.
Utilize and support RollsRoyce and customers databases and diagnostic software programs on generated technical queries.
Travel may require up to 25% of the time to include deployments with the Customer if requested and deemed safe by RollsRoyce Senior Leadership
Basic Requirements:
A minimum of 5 Years of experience Maintaining Operating Testing or Equivalent Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine experience
Familiarity with the applicable regulations of relevant airworthiness authorities

Preferred Requirements:
A Current FAA Mechanic Certificate with a Powerplant rating or international equivalent
