Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Platform Safety team as a GermanSpeaking Platform Safety Representative. In this role you will play a crucial role in upholding our platforms safety and security standards ensuring that users can engage with confidence and peace of mind. Youll have the opportunity to work with cuttingedge technology and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement effective safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess usergenerated content and platform activity in German identifying and addressing safety concerns such as harassment fraud and abuse.
• Investigate reports of suspicious behavior or content taking appropriate action in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Trust & Safety Legal and Product teams to develop and implement safety strategies and initiatives.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and escalations related to safety issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging threats continuously updating safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and trends in user behavior.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in highpressure situations.
• Prior experience in content moderation trust and safety or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
