Role Overview:

As an ItalianSpeaking Platform Safety Representative you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and maintaining the safety and integrity of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing usergenerated content in Italian to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
• Identifying and addressing violations including hate speech harassment and inappropriate content in a timely and effective manner.
• Responding to user inquiries and concerns related to safety and moderation issues providing support and assistance as needed.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for improving platform safety and enhancing user experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in online safety and moderation and contributing to ongoing efforts to evolve our safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information effectively.
• While prior experience in content moderation or online safety is beneficial it is not mandatory. We welcome candidates with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
