Norwegian Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor based in the vibrant city of Barcelona youll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and sales support to our valued customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive topnotch assistance with their inquiries ultimately enhancing their experience with our products and services.

Profile:

• Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with good English skills.
• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a salesoriented mindset.
• Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
• Responsible adaptable and positive attitude towards change.
• Strong team player with good conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone email and online chats.
• Assist customers with product inquiries deliveries and invoices ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Meet sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
