Position Overview:

As a German Speaking Sales Developer you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Germanspeaking market. Working closely with our sales team you will be responsible for driving revenue growth nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Actively prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments competitor activities and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in sales business development or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings trade shows and industry events.
