Software dev graduate program

We are seeking a Software Developer graduate to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining software applications according to business requirements. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Students from the University of the Witwatersrand and Stellenbosch University preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science related field (preferred).
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python C JavaScript etc.
  
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js) and/or mobile app development (e.g. Android iOS).
  
• Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL NoSQL).
  
• Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
  
• Problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality software solutions.
  
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
  

Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) 3-5 years experience administering an ERP system. Experience with ERP Systems advantageous Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems. Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know): Computer Literate Excel ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof.
