Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist at Yashuss Unlimited you will play a key role in extracting insights from complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams both internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities develop models and deliver actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Exploration: Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets identify trends and extract meaningful insights.
  

• Model Development: Design develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
  

• Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and develop datadriven solutions to meet their needs.
  

• Experimentation and Optimization: Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and improve model performance.
  

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and incorporate new techniques and technologies into our processes.
  

• Documentation: Document methodologies assumptions and results clearly and concisely for internal and external audiences.
  

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
  

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in a data science or analytics role with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and solutions.
  

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to think critically solve complex problems and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
  

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
  

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  

• Technical Skills:
  

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  

• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques.
  

• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or NoSQL / Mongo databases.
  

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Matplotlib.
