Advanced degree in Education or related field.
Extensive experience in teaching the IGCSE/A Level (preferred)
Proven leadership experience preferably as a Head of Department or similar role.
Strong understanding of assessment practices and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team of educators.
Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous professional development.
Knowledge of educational trends and best practices in IGCSE/A Level schools.
Ability to work effectively with students parents and colleagues.
