Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can work remotely but deliver excellent quality support for the US market.

  • Working Setup:
  • Remote but must be willing to report to the office at least once a month
  • Must be willing to attend an onsite 2week Product Orientation upon hiring
  • MondayFriday
  • Graveyard Shift; 8 PM to 6:36 AM (Including the 1 hour break)
  • Equipment will be provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers in locating products answering questions and providing information about promotions or special offers.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
  • Monitor product levels and inform the team to restock as needed.
  • Communicate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Resolve issues related to returns or exchanges in a customerfriendly manner.
  • Prepare accurate reports and make adjustments when needed.
  • Promote loyalty programs discounts and special promotions to encourage repeat business.
  • Actively engage customers to gather feedback and assess their overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as CSR.
  • Experience with Ecommerce
  • Experience in online upselling
  • Experience with US market like North American etc.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills and English as his or hr first language
  • Someone who can deal with aggressive clients
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Uptodate on the latest trends and technologies.
  • Knowledge in order fulfillment in different ECommerce platforms (ie: Shopify Amazon etc.)
  • Willing to work night shift schedule
