Our client a subsidiary of a major innovative auto group seeks a handson Controller with a minimum of three years of retail automotive experience preferably within a Ford branded dealership to join their professional management team.

Our client a subsidiary of a major innovative auto group seeks a handson Controller with a minimum of three years of retail automotive experience preferably within a Ford branded dealership to join their professional management team.
- Reporting to the Group Controller and General Manager you will support staff in this busy newly built industryleading environment. CDK computer experience along with adept Microsoft Excel capability is desired but not essential. Performing all duties related to Payroll – creating processing and finalizing pay cycles / managing benefits & deductions / vacation pay / government remittances / year end processes up to and including T4’s
- Administer daytoday processes within the CDK accounting program and ensure compliance with government agencies
- Managing staff involved in all duties related to Accounts Receivable – statement creation collection payment processing
- Complete month end and year end processes
- Finalize monthly and annual Financial Statement
- Assist Administration staff with daytoday processes
- Minimum of five years accounting experience in a dealership
- Experience with CDK Excel and related programs
- Experience with payroll administration software
