IF you have a knack of hunting down talent from Bulgaria Estonia Romania Poland Latvia Slovenia Croatia Czech Republic Slovakia Hungary sourcing your own leads for amazing clients on a global scale then weWANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!We offera commission based structure meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your ability to successful place candidates in hot jobs.

• Location: Remote anywhere in EMEA
• Employment type: Freelance able to invoice
• Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilise various sourcing channels of your choice like job boards social media and networking to find and attract topnotch candidates
• Conduct Assessand determine the perfect fit for specific job roles across the world
• Work closely with our Senior leadership teamto ensure the recruitment process run effortlessly for our candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written) this is a must! if you also speak Swedish that will help immensely!
• Previous experience ideally from Agency background hunting & sourcing within volume white collar(BPO) rolesand a knack for finding Bulgarian Estonian Romanian Polish Latvian Slovenian Czech SlovakianCroatian Hungarianspeakingtalent if you do not have this please do not expect a response
• Id be particularly interested in someone who has experience in hiring in volume into Poland Slovakia Portugal Greece to name a but a few
• Ability to multitask withmultiple recruitment projects and work independently
• Great time management responsiveness and organisational abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a non negotiable
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a must
