SUMMARY

The Systems Administrator is the first line of contact with our clients. Your ability to communicate clearly and to stay cool under pressure is essential while either assisting our clients directly or escalating to the correct team. Attention to detail technical aptitude and the ability to roll with changes will help you be successful in the different environments you will need to be comfortable moving around in.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver a stellar remote enduser and systems support experience.

.

Level 1 and Level 2 System Admin and System Support for client infrastructure.

.

Monitor and manage calls chats and case management queues.

.

Perform documented procedures with attention to quality and detail.

.

See cases and calls through to clientconfirmed resolutions.

.

Work from a ticketing system and document supportrelated solutions and client environments.

.

Identify and troubleshoot repetitive issues for root cause analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

.

Passion for delivering outstanding client experience.

.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

.

Strong understanding of IT best practices and data protection.

.

Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills especially in Microsoft Technologies.

.

Confidence to Speak Up and share knowledge areas of improvement etc.

.

3 years of Handson Windows Server or Workstation experience.

.

Active Directory topologies and how sites interconnect.

.

File Sharing Technologies including NTFS DFS and FTP.

.

DNS/DHCP Experience

.

Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online administration.

.

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

.

Basic understanding of PowerShell and scripting.

.

Capable of understanding issues and prioritizing them based on impact to a business and knowing when to escalate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Should be willing to accept a longterm workfromhome arrangement.

Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
