Job Title: Sr. Project Manager for FLAIR
Job Location: Tallahassee FL (onsite)

Job Overview:
- Manage all aspects of the implementation of PALM across the enterprise with little to no downtime.
- Manage all aspects of the integration of PALM across all programs of the Department.
- Integration management: Developing a project management plan; directing and managing all work for the project; monitoring and controlling the project work and managing any necessary changes; facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals.
- Scope management: Defining and managing scope creating a work breakdown structure (WBS) and requirements; validating and controlling the scope of the project.
- Time management: Planning defining and developing schedules activities estimating resources and activity durations; monitor the progress of a project; compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance; adjusts schedule / resources to ensure that key milestones are reached.
- Cost management: Planning and estimating costs and determining budgets; managing the projects budget; identifying planning and coordinating required procurements.
- Quality management: Planning and identifying quality requirements; performing all aspects of managing quality; controlling the quality of deliverables.
- Human Resource management: Planning and identifying human resource needs; selecting developing managing and coordinating a project team made up of multiple programs within Department staff and Vendor staff.
- Communications management: Planning and managing all aspects of project communications; define the content and the format of project communications / reports based on information requirements of specific stakeholders or groups; ensure appropriate documentation is created/updated throughout the project processes; provide knowledge transfer to technical and nontechnical staff as needed.
- Risk management: Planning for and identifying potential risks; performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis; planning risk mitigation strategies; implementing and managing mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinating and maintaining stakeholders from a variety of internal and external entities and the public; planning and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Managing the project(s) in accordance with the requirements the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards Rules 60GG1.001 through 60GG1.009 F.A.C. Providing all documentation required.
- Follow all Department ISP and team defined standards and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing IT projects (7 or more years)
- Experience in FLAIR or other Financial Systems infrastructure (7 or more years)
- Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of PALM System
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope budget and timeline.
- Influences motivates and challenges others; adapts leadership styles to a variety of situations.
- Adapts behavior or work methods in response to new information changing conditions or unexpected obstacles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders and project teams.

- Knowledge of ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Microfocus PPM.
- Experience / knowledge of a wide range of information technology.
- Experience with PALM planning or implementation.
- Experience with FLAIR or other financial system technologies.
- Knowledge/experience of all aspects of FLAIR including Chart of Accounts.
- Experience working with developers remediating / replacing parts of Agency Business Systems.
- Experience with Visio diagrams for process flow documentation.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
