This is a remote position.
As an Account Manager at Spazafy you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their goals and working collaboratively with our internal teams to deliver effective business development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
Understand client needs and objectives and develop tailored business development strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and deliver results.
Monitor team performance and provide regular updates and areas of improvement.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.
Requirements
Qualifications in Marketing Business Administration Sales or related field.
Proven experience in account management or clientfacing roles preferably in a sales or retention environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in business development tools and platforms is a plus.
