Job Description:
As an Accountant at Sai Yok Springs you will play a crucial role in managing our financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will collaborate closely with our finance team to analyze financial data prepare financial reports and provide strategic insights to support decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daytoday accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable payroll processing and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including journal entries general ledger accounts and trial balances.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with audits and tax filings as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
