National Sales Head PCD (Pharma) for Propaganda Cum Distribution (PCD) division.

Job Title: National Sales Head PCD (Pharma)

Location: Gurgaon Haryana

Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the PCD division in alignment with the companys business objectives.

o Provide strategic direction to the sales team to achieve national sales targets and market share.

Team Management:

o Lead motivate and manage a highperforming sales team across different regions in India.

o Conduct regular performance reviews set KPIs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Market Expansion:

o Identify and evaluate potential distributors in untapped markets across the country.

o Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new PCD partners to expand the companys market presence.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

o Collaborate with the finance team to develop annual sales budgets and forecasts.

o Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets implementing corrective measures when necessary.

Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketing product management and other crossfunctional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Compliance and Reporting:

o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

o Provide regular and comprehensive sales reports to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum X years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a focus on PCD.

Proven track record of successfully leading and growing sales teams at a national level.

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry market dynamics and regulatory landscape in India.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
