Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our client is an established yet burgeoning Canadian SaaS platform focused on increasing convenient access to core corporate services with technology. Part of their product suite is a timetested solution that solves a fundamental gap in the massive sector specialization. With tens of thousands of customers around the world their users save time and reduce errors on routine tasks.
This role can be performed remotely across Canada or a combination of both onsight and remote (within Canada they cannot employ foreign remote workers at this time).
What you ll do:
Build complex web and mobile frontend applications.
Collaborate with developers designers and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
Oversee and deploy application services.
Test applications troubleshoot errors and monitor application performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science or IT (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of experience as an Ember.js developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers).
- Proficiency in JavaScript its libraries and frameworks.
- Expertise in Ember.js.
- Experience in frontend technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work fulltime (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure.
- Experience in building singlepage applications.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
