Responsibilities

• Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy. Redirecting phone calls to staff internally.
• Calling customers whose request may not be clear or to update them about their policy status.
• Handling clients requests: policy changes cancellations claims updating payment details; will be processed via a transaction in our client policy administration system and/or by the writing and sending of reply letters/emails information contract documents etc. to the insured.
• Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Romanian
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
• Previous experience in Customer Service.
• Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls email and backoffice tasks is a plus.
• For nonEU residents it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
