Oracle ERP Support Analyst

Position: Oracle ERP Support Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate assistance for Oracle ERP systems promptly addressing user inquiries issues and concerns.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges within Oracle ERP applications covering areas like Finance Supply Chain Management and Human Capital Management.
• Collaborate with endusers to grasp their needs and difficulties offering guidance and solutions to optimize Oracle ERP usage.
• Manage support requests efficiently using ticketing systems ensuring all matters are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with diverse teams including developers and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues requiring specialized knowledge.
• Analyze recurring issues suggesting preventive measures or system enhancements to enhance stability and performance.
• Stay informed about Oracle ERP updates and coordinate with the IT team to schedule and implement necessary upgrades or maintenance.
• Develop training materials and user guides to enhance enduser skills and selfservice capabilities within Oracle ERP systems.
• Participate in testing new system features ensuring they meet quality standards and functional requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; additional certifications or coursework in Oracle ERP systems are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in providing technical support for Oracle ERP applications with proficiency in modules such as Oracle EBusiness Suite Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and support methodologies to efficiently manage and resolve user issues within specified SLAs.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in Oracle ERP environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities enabling effective interaction with endusers technical teams and stakeholders.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment showing initiative and accountability in managing support tasks.
• Eagerness to stay updated on Oracle ERP technologies trends and best practices through selfdirected learning and professional development opportunities.
• Preferred experience with SQL PL/SQL or other database query languages for data analysis and reporting tasks within Oracle ERP systems.
