Position: Oracle ERP Solution Architect

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and structure of Oracle ERP systems encompassing Finance Supply Chain Management Human Capital Management and other modules.
• Engage with business stakeholders to grasp their needs and transform them into efficient ERP solutions.
• Assess existing ERP systems and propose enhancements or upgrades.
• Formulate comprehensive architecture plans ensuring scalability dependability and optimal performance.
• Offer technical direction and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Foster collaboration with vendors and external consultants to integrate supplementary functionalities or modules into the Oracle ERP ecosystem.
• Stay abreast of Oracle ERP technologies emerging trends and industry best practices to uphold the organizations competitiveness.
• Contribute to the establishment of ERP governance processes standards and protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree is advantageous.
• Profound understanding of Oracle ERP applications spanning Oracle EBusiness Suite Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Solid grasp of ERP architecture design principles and integration approaches.
• Handson involvement in Oracle ERP implementation projects from requirement elucidation to deployment.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and problemsolving with a knack for swiftly addressing intricate technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Oracle certifications (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional) are desirable.
