What you will be doing: • Responsible for adapting, resizing, reworking creative collateral for digital and print mediums • Take creative design for digital and rework/ re-size the design to create a complete file • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timelines • Proactively monitor artwork quality accuracy and consistency • Look for ways to develop new design within brand guidelines • Produce necessary mock-ups and design visuals • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team What you need to be great in this role: • 4-5 years of experience working on the production of digital and print files • 4 years’ experience working in Adobe Creative Suite excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative • Experience in management of artwork collateral • Image retouching experience is a plus • Great eye for detail • Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality • Good interpersonal skills and a can-do team attitude • Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment • Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure A little bit about us We are OLIVER+ (previously known as MORE), part of OLIVER and the Inside Ideas Group.
