As a Senior Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by spearheading the expansion of our Enterprise customer base.

Tasks

Your role & Responsibilities

Within this role you are the first point of contact for all companies interested in Cozero. You are responsible for leading prospects through the sales process and explaining how Cozero sets up their climate control in the most successful way. You will be a crucial part of our gotomarket strategy helping to further develop the playbook shape the Cozero platform and create sales opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the features benefits and application of Cozeros Climate Action Platform
  • Distribute Cozero Talk to decision makers at leading companies educate them about effective climate controlling and demonstrate how to succeed with Cozero. You will be their contact person from the first meeting to contract signature and planning the onboarding
  • Understand customer pain points and requirements and correlate Cozero solutions and customer requirements
  • Daily activities in enterprise SaaS sales: All communication with prospects (first meetings product demos managing Enterprise RfP processes contract preparation and legal negotiations etc.) pipeline management closely collaborating with the Sales Development Team to identify ICP with a great fit and converting high potential companies into satisfied customers
  • Constantly work on improving Cozeros sales playbook
  • Channel frontline sales insights into the development of our product & shape our product strategy
  • Company building: We are just getting started at Cozero and we are looking for folks with a bias to action and are motivated to build the most amazing things for our customers employees and the general public

Requirements

What we look for:

  • You have a proven track record of operational B2B sales experience and winning enterprise customers (optimizing ARR metric)at a startup in the SaaS industry
  • By asking the right questions you can easily get an understanding of the challenges a company faces
  • You are a good communicator and have a high capacity for building compelling messages (written & verbal)
  • You are experienced with Hubspot CRM and sales acceleration tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo (desirable but not essential)
  • You can prioritize well and work structured & independently in a fastpaced international environment
  • You have a passion for and understanding of environmental & sustainability challenges for corporates
  • You are techsavvy and knowledgeable about how to sell a SaaS product
  • Bias for taking responsibility bias for action. You have a track record of doing whatever it takes to get things done. You have accomplished things that others thought were impossible. You are ceaselessly creative and impactful
  • Working language in the team is English and fluency in German is required
  • You are based in one of the following countries: Germany Netherlands Austria Czech Republic Poland (or willing to relocate).
  • You are comfortable working remotely and happy to travel for business needs
