Tricentis is a dynamic and innovative software company that specializes in software testing automation. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Application System Administrator to join our dedicated Business Applications team in support of multiple systems including our ServiceNow system. This role offers the opportunity to work with cuttingedge technologies and play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our business application systems.

You’ll be earning Php60000 – Php86000 (depending on experience). On top of your salary here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:

• Hybrid work arrangement of 3 days onsite at SM Aura with 2 days work from home

The main responsibilities of a Business Application System Administrator (ITSM) include:

System Administration:

• Administer monitor and maintain business application systems ensuring their stability reliability and availability.
• Perform regular system updates patches and upgrades to keep the applications current and secure.
• Configure and troubleshoot system settings user access and permissions.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to endusers addressing applicationrelated issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the IT Help Desk to provide effective user support and ensure seamless application usage.

Application Deployment:

• Support the deployment of new applications updates and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct thorough testing of new deployments and document procedures to ensure a smooth rollout.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor system performance identify bottlenecks and proactively implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency.
• Analyze system logs and performance metrics recommending improvements and taking corrective actions as needed.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect business applications from unauthorized access data breaches and cyber threats.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations implementing necessary controls and audits.

To apply you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on ITSM
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems databases networks and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with endusers and crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools is a plus.

The successful candidate must submit the following preemployment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN SSS Pagibig & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (governmentissued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
