JD Sales Executive (3 to 5 Years)

  1. Identify opportunities for growth formulate business expansion strategies and develop
  2. sales strategies to acquire new clients
  3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
  4. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting discovery solution proposing
  6. presentation negotiating and closing
  7. Respond to client questions and concerns follow up on quotations.
  8. Objectively determine alignment between customer's needs and our product.
  9. Present value proposition and business cases with clear quantitative ROI; analytical thinking.
  10. Build and maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders like agency planners agency buyers digital marketers etc. of potential organizations.
  11. Compile analyze and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
  12. Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
  13. Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound leads strategically selling the company s various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner.

Requirements:
  • Prior Media/Digital/Video product sales experience
  • Networking: Demonstrated excellent client relations interpersonal and communication skills through which you can influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Followup: Religious about followups.
  • Communication: Strong presenter and communicator with experience presenting to executives.
  • Presentation: You can create and deliver presentations to the audiences needs.
  • Negotiation: Should know the Master of the art and science of negotiation.
  • Empathy: You like to listen first and then respond; you dont react.
  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in selling technology/ digital products/Branded Content. Prior experience at a startup is a plus.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales executive consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
