Job Description:

Designs integrates and improves manufacturing systems or related processes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the technology roadmap for process enhancements improved yields quality and cost productivity.
• Leading edge technology used in process and automated production operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in mentoring and managing 25 Manufacturing Engineers on Lean or Continuous Improvement projects

Must possess excellent handson mechanical and organizational skills.

Minimum of 7 years in demonstrating manufacturing experience in the following areas:

• Manufacturing process optimization
• Lean manufacturing practices
• Six Sigma initiatives and
• Project Management

Other qualifications:

• BSME
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Production Operations.
• Handson electromechanical and electronics assembly.
• Experience in Root cause analysis
• Success record of mentoring guiding and developing engineers.
