Our Client is an Infrastructural company that offers construction traffic solutions and procurement services to both public and private clients. Due to expansion they are currently in need of a PROJECT MANAGER.
Job Location: Zamfara
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning
- Develop comprehensive project plans including project scope budget schedule and resource allocation.
- Create project timelines milestones deliverables for each project at hand.
- Construction Expertise
- Possess specialized knowledge in road and bridge construction including construction methods materials and relevant regulations.
- Oversee the construction of roads bridges and related infrastructure projects.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all roadworks and bridge construction work adheres to the design specification and meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Implement quality control processes and inspection.
- Budget Management
- Monitor project costs and expenditures controlling the project s financial performance.
- Address cost overruns and implement costsaving measures when necessary.
- Time Management
- Manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Safety and Environmental Considerations
- Maintain detailed project records and documentation including progress reports change orders and construction documentation
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

- Maintain detailed project records and documentation including progress reports and all construction documentation.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent from a reputable
- University
- MBA/M.Sc. is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience with at least 5 years in a
- senior management role
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in roadworks and bridge construction
- projects.
- Indepth knowledge of road and bridge construction techniques materials and best
- practices.
- Strong leadership team management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations permits and safety standards in the
- construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an added
- advantage.
