Rigger Foreman

PMM Group is hiring Foreman Rigger for a project in the Netherlands in the field of oil and gas.

Tasks

• Coordinating the rigging team to ensure the safety and efficiency of equipment and material lifting and moving operations.
• Supervise and train subordinate riggers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and work procedures.
• Planning and organizing lifting and moving activities of equipment and materials according to technical specifications and project requirements.
• Ensuring that all lifting equipment is properly checked and maintained to prevent workplace incidents or accidents.
• Collaborating with the management team and other departments to meet project objectives and meet established deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the field with a good understanding of lifting procedures and lifting equipment used in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills with the ability to solve problems and make decisions in real time.
• Rigger diploma. The VCA VOL diploma is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• English language fluent level.
