Sr Manager - Project

1. Managing project deliverables during the execution of projects.
Ensure work is executed at the site as per the approved drawings and work orders issued to various agencies.
Monitoring and tracking the project making microscheduling for timely completion of the activities and subsequently the project.
Supervising the deployed staff of PMC for efficient output.
Assign tasks and monitor with coordination of subordinates PMC and different contractors appointed to get the desired completion in time.
Assurance of the superior quality of the work during daytoday activities at the site.
Ensure a proper record of work execution through subordinates & PMC for daily progress reports manpower reports todays and tomorrows program joint measurement records checklists of concreting pour cards etc.
Implementation of safety at the site from all contractors.
Smooth transition of flats to HOTO team from contractors.
Supporting CRM for fixing issues after handing over to the end users and society.
2. Provide inputs during the design coordination meeting with various consultants and in house teams like liaison procurement estimation billing etc.
3. To ensure compliance and adherence to the agreed terms by the contractors at site during the execution of works.
4. Control extra works claims and to ensure expenses within the allocated budget i.e. overview of the budget from time to time.
5. Implementation of ERP for effective work process to deliver desired results to the management.
6. Interdepartmental coordination for billing payment and closure of final account.
7. Develop rapport with stakeholders for different projects.
