Manager Fundraising

Roles:

We are looking for a skillful and enthusiastic resource to be a part of our Fundraising team who and nbsp;will own and execute the entire fundraising process for Aliens Group. Ideal candidate would and nbsp;possess experience in Fundraising/Investment Banking profiles through PE/VC or Investment and nbsp;Bank preferably dealing with realestate industry. The incumbent will be responsible for the entire fundraising process right from deal origination and nbsp;till deal closure. She/He will engage with potential investors develop appropriate cases for and nbsp;support and oversee any application processes. She/He would work in a fastpaced team and nbsp;environment with multiple team members based in Hyderabad and would report to MD of the and nbsp;organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Research identify and prioritize potential fundraising opportunities and nbsp;

Actively source potential investors and initiate deal origination; resolve investor queries and nbsp;provide appropriate financial data/analysis and nbsp;

Preparing and updating financial models pitch books Information Memorandums etc and nbsp;materials required for Investor meetings and nbsp;

Oversee research and analysis on areas affecting the organization and realestate industry and nbsp;including but not limited to Competitors Financial Parameters etc and nbsp;

Valuation analysis using appropriate models such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and nbsp;Comparable Companies and Comparable Transactions (Comps) M and amp;A models and/or LBO and nbsp;models etc to assess the feasibility of various transaction and financing structures and nbsp;

Facilitate commercial/legal/financial due diligence and deal closure and nbsp;

Analyze company build business models assess capital requirements perform deal and nbsp;structuring and create any collateral required for transactions and nbsp;

Attend events/workshops and network with the investor community and nbsp;

Liaison with Banks/PSBs/Investment Bankers/Private Investors to raise funds and nbsp;

Keep a track of all the regulatory/compliance requirements involved in or affecting the and nbsp;transaction including but not limited to tax implications for structuring deals like slump and nbsp;sales floating of SPV dividend distribution tax intercompany borrowing NCD CCD equity and nbsp;at the entity level SPV level other direct and indirect taxes etc and nbsp;

Candidate Profile and nbsp;

MBA from Tier1 BSchool; CA first/second attempt with 37 years of experience in and nbsp;Fundraising/Investment Banking and nbsp;

Proactive and should work with minimal direction and oversight and nbsp;

High degree of business acumen and financial modelling skills. Ability to prepare high and nbsp;quality Pitchbooks and Information Memorandums and nbsp;

Prior work experience into Investment Banking Management Consulting and/or large firms and nbsp;with active deal origination is desirable and nbsp;

Excellent complex data analysis skills and should be good at number crunching and nbsp;

Excellent communication and presentation skills and nbsp;

Proficiency in using Advanced MSExcel MSPowerPoint appropriate tool for developing and nbsp;financial models Analysis Charts Graphs etc
