Backend Node JS Developer SDE 2
The Backend Node JS Developer SDE 2 plays a crucial role in our organization responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable and resilient backend solutions. This role is essential in contributing to the architecture and performance of our backend systems ensuring a high level of system reliability security and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications
- Conduct code reviews and perform thorough testing to maintain code quality
- Deploy applications to cloud services like AWS and manage infrastructure as code
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in backend development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
- Document the development process architecture and standard components
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2 years of experience in backend development using Node.js
- Handson experience with NoSQL databases particularly MongoDB
- Experience with cloud platforms especially AWS services
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and deployment
- . Have experience working on technologies such as Node.js Redis MongoDB and Typescript.
- Experience working with AWS Cloud.
- Experience working with Microservices or distributed systems
- Experience in developing and delivering products in a startup environment
- Strong codereviewing skills
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
