Job Description

Position: Guest Service Agent (Fulltime hiring 2 headcounts)

Salary: USD/month

Working Hours: 8:30am to 5pm CST (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM During booking season. Typically runs from the end of December through the first week of March subject to change.) 9:30pm to 6am Philippine Standard Time

Our mission is to support empower and grow established local property management companies throughout major vacation destinations in the United States. We offer a range of services including marketing revenue management and operational support to uplift our local businesses and provide an exceptional experience for rental property owners and their guests.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Oversee all aspects of the guest experience from prearrival communication to postdeparture followup. Ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous assistance throughout their stay. Must be able to multitask.
  • Reservation Coordination: Coordinate reservations including booking confirmations guest checkins and checkouts. Includes transferring guests to alternate accommodations if their original rental becomes unavailable.
  • Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally striving to achieve swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintaining effective communication with other departments such as housekeeping maintenance property services vendors and reservations to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Feedback: Responding to reviews and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Guest Service Agent roles preferably in Vacation Rental Property Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is advantageous
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the following tools is a plus but not required as we are ready to provide training on the following systems: Escapia Breezeway VRBO Live Chat Point Central etc.
